The purchase agreement is concluded at the moment of acceptance of the buyer’s bid, and the product will be delivered to the delivery service within 1 working day (Saturdays, Sundays, and bank holidays excluded) after the receipt of payment of the order price amount, except in case of cash-on-delivery payment method.
If the buyer chooses the cash-on-delivery payment method, the purchase agreement is concluded at the moment of bid acceptance, and the product will be delivered to the delivery service within 1 working day (Saturdays, Sundays, and bank holidays excluded) after the conclusion of the purchase agreement.
To the buyer who is a resident of the territory of the Republic of Croatia, the product will be delivered within 2 working days (Saturdays, Sundays, and bank holidays excluded) from the moment of delivery to the delivery service; to the buyer who is a resident of the European Union, the delivery will be completed within 1 to 7 working days (Saturdays, Sundays, and bank holidays excluded) from the moment of delivery to the delivery service.

The tax-deductibles invoice (R1) must be requested by the buyer during the order process; later requests for the tax invoice cannot be accepted. If the payment is made using the bank transfer method (wire transfer or internet banking), the buyer must use the payment information provided by the seller in an e-mail.
The contracted purchase price includes all taxes and duties and is expressed in Croatian kuna. Along with the price in Croatian kuna, the price is also stated in euros, and the customer pays for the currency conversion costs.
Delivery Method Details
The products ordered are delivered by BROLO d.o.o. under the terms specified under the “Delivery information” section. The delivery is made through DPD DIREKTNA PAKETNA DISTRIBUCIJA CROATIA d.o.o., Slatinska 7, 10360 Zagreb-Sesvete, VAT: HRHR87109117191. BROLO d.o.o. will check the correctness of each product before each shipment. Delivery is usually done on weekdays until 4 pm.
The delivery costs are paid in full by the buyer, except when otherwise indicated at the www.croatiarevealed.com website.
BROLO d.o.o. delivers in the Republic of Croatia and the European Union.
Delivery is free for orders over 375,00 kn in the Republic of Croatia, and for orders lower than the stated amount and for the rest of the EU, the delivery price is calculated by package weight up to 5kg, 10kg, 15kg, 20kg, 25kg, 31,5kg.
The cost of delivery to individual countries will be displayed when purchasing according to the calculation of the delivery calcučator. Example of delivery price based on the package weight of 5kg and 10kg and country of delivery.

It is the obligation of the buyers to accept the package and check the package content in front of the deliverer, in order to avoid subsequent claims about items damaged during the delivery.
In case that BROLO d.o.o. is unable to deliver the product ordered, it will inform the buyer about the circumstances. The buyer can cancel the order or wait until the product becomes available again. If BROLO d.o.o. is not able to deliver the product within the agreed term of delivery, it will inform the customer about this, and the customer shall allow a reasonable additional term for meeting the requirements of the purchase agreement.
If the buyer does not accept the product or refuses to accept the product without a valid reason, BROLO d.o.o. retains the right to claim the refund of costs incurred for manipulation, shipment, and other possible costs.
The sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 18 is prohibited in the territory of the Republic of Croatia, while in the territory of the EU a person must be 21 years of age. For shipments that include alcohol, an adult must be picked up. Each customer is obliged to present a document proving his / her majority at the request of the delivery person.
If BROLO d.o.o. is unable to deliver the ordered product, it will notify the customer. The customer can cancel the order or wait until the product is available again. If BROLO d.o.o. is unable to deliver the product within the agreed period notifies the buyer who is obliged to leave him a subsequent reasonable period for the fulfillment of the contract of sale. If the customer does not take over the product or refuses to take over the product without valid reasons, BROLO d.o.o. reserves the right to claim reimbursement of handling, transportation, and other possible costs.
