Produced based on pear distillate by a semi-annual maceration of wild pear fruit picked in Istria. No additional colours and flavours.
It features a gentle green-yellow colour, is bright and lively and the scent is fine, elegant and pleasant. The dominant scent is the typical note of a small wild pear, the tone of acacia honey and dry apricot. Its flavour is semi-sweet, warm and elegant, while the aftertaste is that of a sugar coated orange zest.
The ideal serving temperature is 8-10 °C. It is recommended to serve it as a aperitive, chilled and without ice.
