CORONICA MALVASIA 2019
Istrian Malvasia is floral and green on the nose. On the palate, it is salty, magnificently mineral, and very fresh. The extraordinary life of these white wines makes them appealing and enjoyable even many years after bottling. Proper aging develops mineral and spicy notes in the wine while retaining its characteristic aroma and freshness.
The Mediterranean atmosphere’s bouquet makes this wine an ideal partner for fish and seafood dishes but served at a slightly higher temperature, and it goes well with white meat and white truffle dishes. It is recommended that the serving temperature is between 8 – 12 °C, depending on the type of food we are pairing with.
