GALIĆ MACERATOR 2015
100% Riesling, amber yellow in colour, with an exotic scent of spices followed by the light tones of orange peel, toasted almonds and dried apricot essence. The structure reflects elegance, strength and the tannic character of this completely natural wine. The berries were gently separated from the stalk, and fermentation took place in each berry separately. Maceration and fermentation in the concrete eggs lasted 19 days with no temperature control, oenological influence and sulfur. After that, the wine was aged for 48 months in an oak barrel of 3300 L on a fine lee of natural yeast.
Fish with creamy sauces, grilled Saint-Jacques, mushroom risotto, pastas with rich sauces but also grilled red meat and goulash go well with this wine. Serve at the temperature of 12 °C.
