MATOŠEVIĆ ALBA BQ ISTRIAN MALVASIA 2018
Vineyards of Western Istria, the position of Buje, grapes of a stronger structure from special positions. Malvasia is pre-processed, without maceration, fermented, and aged on sediment in French oak troncais / allier barrels for 12 months, with occasional stirring of the sediment until the end of winter. The stylistic elegance of Alba made of stainless steel gives way here to the strength and layering of Alba bq, and the varietal characteristics of Malvasia are complemented by the standard aromas of vanilla and caramel that come from oak.
It pairs well with seafood, grilled noble fish, dishes with a pronounced spiciness, buzara, and dishes prepared in the oven. Serve at 14 °C.
